TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERMS & CONDITIONS POST COVID effective 01/01/2021

 



PAYMENT

All orders payment upfront unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties in writing. Balances must/can be paid with cash, check, Debit, or credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and most debit cards). You must close your balance upon receiving your order. 

MINIMUMS

Minimum order is 50 units for contract printing, unless stated otherwise. Custom printing minimums start at 12 pieces.


TURNAROUND TIME​

Typical turnaround time is 12-15 business days from the date of payment, either deposit or in full. Some additional services may add to our typical turnaround time. No times are guaranteed in writing, statement or implied verbally. Rush charges may apply for orders needed sooner than our typical turnaround. Turnaround time on larger orders (500 pieces or more than 4 designs) may require longer time to produce. Please inquire about our current turn time on larger orders.


DEADLINES​  

Please take into consideration unexpected supply shortages, shipping delays, and weather delays. No production, delivery or times are guaranteed in any way. Not verbally, written or implied.

HOLIDAYS​

ON PRESS PRINTING  honors federal holidays and student holidays. These holidays are non-working days please consider this in regards to turnaround time and rush. Additional dates and times may occur without notice. Orders placed the last week of November through the first week of January are subject to a 20-25 day turnaround.


RUSH ORDERS​

We understand that there are occasions when orders are needed NOW and we strive to fulfill those orders. All art provided WILL BE printed as is. A digital or physical proof will not be provided for approval.

Rush charges are as follow:

 

9-11 days: +25% of total cost

5-9 days: +45% of total cost

2-4 days: +60% of total cost

1 day: +85% of total cost

 

If an order requires shipping, carrier rates will apply. Shipping times ARE NOT guaranteed by ON PRESS PRINTING. Rush orders WILL require payment in full to begin printing. If we cannot accommodate your rush order, a refund for printing and set up costs will be dispersed immediately and 35% of total material cost will be held for restocking.

OUT OF STOCK / SUPPLY CHAIN

Vendors and wholesale distributors WILL run out of a particular brand, style or color from time to time. We offer a variety of brands, styles, and colors for you to choose from.  If you choose to wait for back ordered items we cannot guarantee replenishment date. Turnaround times will also change. If a substitute material is chosen within 1 business day of “out of stock” notification, turnaround times will not change.

ESTIMATES/QUOTES

Estimates and Quotes expire after 10 business days. Estimates/Quotes are subject to change for the following reasons:

 

Artwork is not print ready (art fee applied)

Changes/additions to submitted artwork

Changes/additions to material type

Changes to quantity

Changes to material color or adding variations

Changes/additions to print color

 

Best practice to receive the most accurate Estimate/Quote is to have all artwork finalized, have material colors and quantities finalized, and make sure it doesn’t fall within our rush times

 

ART PREPARATION​

All art files provided must meet our format requirements to be considered Print Ready. If not, they will  incur an additional art fee. In which case, we will provide an estimate before doing the work. Artwork that is submitted with a corresponding purchase order must be named properly. IMG-01234.PNG or any generic or auto generated naming will not be accepted. ON PRESS PRINTING will provide 1 courtesy digital mock up for approval. It will contain art work sizing, ink color, material quantity, and general placement on the material.  However, design fees may be applied if the scope or scale of the design changes or if the change requests exceed one round of revisions. Additional mock-ups on our template are available upon request and may be billed at the current rate. Approval of mock-ups on our template are required regardless of how detailed customer provided mock-ups may be, including reorders. ON PRESS PRINTING will not be held responsible for any misspellings, grammatical errors, or any other design changes/flaws when the artwork is provided by the customer.

 

ARTWORK OWNERSHIP​ - All original artwork created by ON PRESS PRINTING is the sole property of ON PRESS PRINTING. Exclusive rights to artwork may be purchased in addition to designing fees. This includes conceptual artwork and art produced for orders not contracted or completed by ON PRESS PRINTING. Any works created by ON PRESS PRINTING is subjective to licensing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any artwork that is provided by the customer is assumed owned by the customer. We will not reproduce the customer’s artwork, trademarked or not, without the customer’s consent. Any artwork provided by the customer is assumed to be owned by the customer or licensed for use by the customer. ON PRESS PRINTING does not hold any liability to any suits, judgements, or civil action brought on to the customer for materials produced by ON PRESS PRINTING.

BEST PRINT METHOD

ON PRESS PRINTING follows industry standards with printing methods and equipment used to produce materials. If the customer requests a particular print method or process that goes against our consult or industry standards, ON PRESS PRINTING does not warranty or guarantee the item.


GARMENT SELECTION AND SUBJECTIVITY

We strongly encourage ordering samples before placing an order if you are unfamiliar with the product. It is the responsibility of the customer and not ON PRESS PRINTING for final material selection and will not be held liable if the customer is unsatisfied with the material.

 

MANUFACTURER DEFECTS​

ON PRESS PRINTING is not responsible for defects in materials provided the manufacturer or distributor. These defects are as follows: mislabeled sizes, inconsistent coloring, dye lots, manufacturer defects, shipping blemishes, etc. All garments will be counted in but we cannot inspect each garment individually. Manufacturer and distributor defects or mis-shipments will delay production until all garments are received. It is highly recommended to order more garments than needed for each size. All additional materials will be included in the print run and but will not be billed.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENTS​

We require contract screen printing customers to provide us with a detailed list of materials including manufacturer, style number, color, size, and quantities of each to be printed prior to order confirmation. We may be unable or refuse to print on certain materials. All contract work is subject to a 3% spoilage allowance.


PROOFS AND SAMPLES​

Proofs: 1 courtesy digital proof is provided with each job. Any art changes require new proofs and subject to art fees. Press production samples cost $100 for initial sample and $25 per additional sample up to 4 on the same material. $45 per sample up to 3 on a different material. All sample are subject to standard turn time.

PANTONE COLOR MATCHING

Color mixing for PMS pantones are $45 per quart and $160 per gallon. Colors are subject to slight variation after printing.

MISPRINTS

In the event of a misprint caused by our team, we will reprint the order at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds.

OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS

Overruns or underruns will not to exceed 3% on quantities ordered shall constitute acceptable delivery. ON PRESS PRINTING will bill for quantities printed.

KEEPING SCREENS FOR REPEAT JOBS

Upon request, we will save the screens for 20 business days after the initial order is completed. If a reorder is placed within that time period, set up fees are waived. After the 20 business days and no reorder is placed, the customer will be subject to set up fees for reorder.

SHIPPING

Shipping is not included in estimates unless specified. Shipping time is not included in turnaround time. Outgoing shipment time/dates are not guaranteed in any way. Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee timeliness or exact delivery dates. We do not ship internationally.


RECEIVING YOUR ORDER & PICK-UP TIMES

We encourage you to check the quantities and quality of the garments you receive from us immediately. ON PRESS PRINTING cannot be held accountable for defects or problems with your order unless contacted within 48 hours of delivery. Orders can either be picked up or shipped. If picking up, please arrange a time and day.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Customer with have 36 hours to cancel the order with no penalties. After 36 hours the customer is subject to a 30% restocking fee and 50% of all costs incurred.


CUSTOM EMBROIDERY

All stitch counts rounded up to nearest thousand. 5% damage allowance. Items over allowance replaced with wholesale garment of closest color & basic product. We are not responsible for embroidering on defective items or on incorrect styles, colors and sizes sent by merchandise vendors.
